Tomorrow, Baby girl and I are trialling teaching a class online together 🫶 30-40min core & pelvic floor recovery for those with their babies in tow 💕 We'll try and distract the babies, so we can get a gentle workout in and a few mindful and relaxing breaths!

Will be sharing more about these live, online classes over on IG v soon 💕 Online can never replace in-person connection, but sometimes we just need something with the least resistance to get it done ✅..... I say this as someone who LOVES the Baby Yoga class we go to in Manchester.... But often doesn't get to go for many reasons.... Nap trapped, overly fussy, can't bare to walk with babe in the rain ☔️ etc etc....
