Last night we headed over to for a Sculpt and Sip evening! We all enjoyed learning some new pottery skills whilst enjoying a bev or two 🍸 it was great to spend time together outside of the studio, and we can’t wait for another social soon!

We are so excited to be returning to .farm.club next month for our next social!

Join us on Sunday 17th March, 12pm at The Farm Club in Knutsford for a Breathwork and Cold Water Lake Experience 🌊

Revitalise your senses and ground your mind and body in nature with a unique holistic wellness experience. We’ll participate in guided breathwork followed by cold water immersion in a natural spring-fed lake, leaving you feeling refreshed and invigorated 😌

Tickets are £25 per person and can be booked through Mind Body or by emailing us at [email protected] - if you’re planning on attending, please book your tickets before Wednesday 21st February 🙌🏻

The February Challenge accountability board is up in the studio - don’t forget to add a star to your name after each class 🌟

Classes are looking busy over the next couple of weeks! We understand that things can crop up at the last minute, but if you are unable to make it to your class, please try to cancel in advance so that someone from the waitlist can join the class 🙏🏻

Everyone who completes the challenge will be entered into a prize draw with the chance to win the following -
1️⃣ First Prize - 3 months unlimited membership at The Health Lab
2️⃣ Second Prize - £50 Selfridges voucher
