We’re thrilled to announce that we’ve retained the cup and won the league with a PERFECT 100% win record — finishing the season unbeaten! 🙌

This is an incredible achievement and a testament to the skill, determination, and teamwork of every single player. We are so proud of what you’ve accomplished this season.

A huge thank you also goes to our amazing sighted assistants, whose support and guidance throughout the season have been invaluable. This victory belongs to the whole team.

FULL TIME | UKBBA National League

A dominant performance from the Greater Manchester Gladiators saw them secure an impressive 16–0 victory over East Lancs Legends in today’s blind baseball fixture.

Congratulations to every Gladiators player on a fantastic team performance.

Special congratulations to Arsalan Sabir and
Visrat Kumar, who consistently delivered with outstanding home runs throughout the game. A huge milestone for Kashif Mehmood, who celebrated his first-ever home run in blind baseball—a memorable achievement and the first of many.

A brilliant defensive display also came from Shoaib Nazir, Amjad Khan, and Basharat mohammed whose excellent fielding and teamwork helped keep the opposition scoreless.

Credit also goes to East Lancs Legends, who showed great determination and defended strongly throughout the match despite the final score. Their commitment and sportsmanship made for a competitive and enjoyable game.

Well played to both teams, and we look forward to another exciting contest next time.

Blind Baseball Returns to Manchester!

The UK Blind Baseball National League continues this Saturday 1st August as Greater Manchester Gladiators take on East Lancs Legends in what promises to be another exciting contest.

With both teams eager to make their mark, expect a match full of skill, determination and competitive spirit. Blind baseball is one of the fastest-growing inclusive sports, showcasing incredible athleticism, teamwork and resilience.

Whether you’re a regular supporter or new to the sport, come along and enjoy a fantastic afternoon while cheering on two talented teams.

💥 𝐓𝐖𝐎 𝐅𝐑𝐎𝐌 𝐓𝐖𝐎! 💥

The Greater Manchester Gladiators continue their title defence in style with a dominant 7-0 victory over East Lancs Legends at Parrs Wood High School! 🥎💙

A huge performance from the whole team, with Visrat putting on a batting masterclass by smashing 4 home runs, while Arslan Sabir hit the first home run of his career, added another later in the game, drove in a crucial RBI, and was outstanding in defence to deservedly earn Player of the Match (MVP). 👏🔥

Our defence was disciplined from start to finish, with key plays from Shoaib and Arslan keeping the Legends scoreless and ensuring we stayed in complete control throughout.

Congratulations to East Lancs Legends on a competitive game—they showed great determination and continue to improve with every fixture. We wish them the very best for the rest of the season. 🤝

Thank you to the officials, volunteers, supporters, and the UKBBA for another fantastic day of baseball.

MATCH RESULT | BLIND BASEBALL

A fantastic team performance saw the Greater Manchester Gladiators record an outstanding 7-0 victory over East Lancs Legends in Saturday’s Blind Baseball fixture.

⭐ MVP: Visrat Kumar
Visrat put on a batting masterclass, smashing 4 home runs in a sensational performance to lead the Gladiators’ offence.

👏 A huge congratulations also goes to Arslan Sabir, who hit the first home run of his Blind Baseball career Then he followed with an other home run in game memorable milestone and a well-deserved achievement.

The victory was built on more than just powerful hitting. The Gladiators produced an exceptional defensive display, with every player contributing to keep East Lancs scoreless. The teamwork, communication, and determination shown throughout the game were outstanding.

Congratulations to the whole squad on a brilliant all-round performance. On to the next game!
