Monday cannot come soon enough!

5 weeks of working and training from our temporary gym is coming to an end 🎉

Whilst I've been lucky enough to also train at different locations, I want to say a huge well done and thank you for all my clients for keeping up with their *temporary* stucture.

A lot of the times, your setup might not be ideal, but you CAN make it work and adjust to your current situation, and this will make the difference in the long run.

Your training environment, however, plays a huge role in motivation, long-term adherence, and progression.
