It was a triple last night in Middleton as Ange made her way back from London and decided to surprise us!

Lozza may have thrown her hip out trying to do a bit of kicking after taking inspiration from Rebecca’s excellent double kicks in paranoid 😂

Sue was definitely enjoying having her taxi driver back after a round of cycling for Wednesdays class 🚲 🚕

Paying homage to Ange for last nights sweaty selfie as she enjoyed her night seeing Bon Jovi live… And there we were doing jump jump squats 🤦‍♀️😂 I know what I’d rather be doing!
