After a busy summer on the farm, I've really enjoyed the past few days carrying out training and assessing on counterbalance forklift and telescopic forklift with Wilfred Scruton Ltd. Josh and Archie were a pleasure to work with!

Evidence of training for all forklifts is a legal requirement for all users.

We're nearly at capacity for this year, but please look out for dates in the new year for forklift, PA1, 2, 4s, 4g and 6 training and assessment.

My name is Robert Stubbings, I'm a North Yorkshire based farmer, trainer and assessor.

I have worked as a trainer for over 20 years and I completed my BASIS qualification in 2010 and FACTS in 2011.

I deliver a range of courses including the following:

Pesticide courses:

- City & Guilds safe pesticide application
- PA1 Principles of Safe Handling and Application of Pesticides
- PA2 Safe Application of Pesticide using Self-Propelled, Mounted, Trailed Horizontal Boom Sprayers
- PA4s Safe Application of Pelleted Pesticides
- PA4g Safe Application of Granular Pesticides
- PA6 Safe Application of Pesticides using Pedestrian Hand Held Equipment

Machinery operation courses (City & Guilds AITT and UK Rural Skills certification available):

- Rough terrain masted, telescopic and counterbalance forklift training
- tractor driving training
- ATV training

These courses can be completed at my site or yours.
