You want to DO something, something that you know will be hard, but you'll feel amazing for.

The first HYROX Cohort is underway and they are acing it.

Beginners, returners, couples and singles! From all walks of life, but all with the same goal: to feel fit, confident and strong!

(and for some of them... do a HYROX race in December 👀)

In every session we go through a sequence of exercises designed to put you through your paces, personalised to your current ability, covering cardio, weights and functional movement patterns.

You'll get hot, sweaty and come away with incredible results, understanding why it's so addictive.

While we know our sessions are incredible, it's normal to want to test before diving in!

We're offering your first session completely free, in advance of our next cohort on May 4th, because we know, you'll love it.

Exciting Updates!

With the first couple of weeks underway in the newly renovated training room we are making some tweaks!

Firstly the name: As many of you know we have specialised in over 30s for the perimenopause women's club for years.

Where we want to the same wonderful mindset but for women AND men, to find us, we've gone with specifics!

Over 30s Fitness Club - simple, searchable, exactly what it says on the tin!

We're moving exclusively to small group PT Hyrox - The KING/QUEEN of sessions

But watching HYROX videos online and entering a class are two very different things.

Stepping over that threshold can feel a little overwhelming; so you’ve been putting it off.

What if you stick out?
How will you know what to do?

We will take care of all of it.

You will be challenged at your level, with everything customised to you.

We will coach you through every exercise, every station, giving you comprehensive guidance and the tips you need to get the best results.

We’ll run through the mechanics of each HYROX station, transitions, training when fatigued and so much more.

It’s beautifully suited to those who have never done HYROX before but want to.

Those who want to see what they can do in both strength and fitness, but need that extra push of motivation.

Over the last 2 Years The Women's Weightlifting Club has grown far beyond my wildest expectations.

With the relocation of the gym into the much larger space upstairs this leaves us with a beautiful space downstairs to now become home to our fantastic next chapter.

Where we welcome women AND men into our hybrid training world. Combining strength and fitness for incredible outcomes.
