Our fun, age-appropriate classes help children and teens develop practical self defence skills, confidence, awareness and resilience in a safe and supportive environment.

It was brilliant to be back on the mats this week with our Maidstone Juniors and Teens, training hard, learning practical self defence and getting stuck straight back into it! 👊

And now it’s almost time for our brand new Edenbridge classes! 🎉

Start on Thursday 3 September and make this the month you learn something that could genuinely protect you. 👊

At Mid Kent Krav Maga in Maidstone, we teach practical, realistic self defence for:

🐴 Juniors 6 to 11
🛡️ Teens 12 to 16
🥊 Adults 16+

You don’t need to be fit, flexible or experienced to start. Beginners are absolutely welcome.

Our students learn how to recognise danger, react under pressure, defend themselves and build the confidence that comes from knowing what to do when something goes wrong.
