what will you do? Have a happy one, fill it with people you love. Enjoy the warmth. Move your body - because you can. 20 mins is amazing… it shouldn’t feel like a ‘chore’ Take the kids to the park, they cycle you walk.

I’m off for a short run, (pre race next Sunday) few clients 💪🧘‍♀️ then paddle boarding with the youngest 🥰

Consistency: honestly we are all human and some days are easier to bounce out of bed than others. I wasn’t feeling this mornings short run but did it anyway. I like to exercise some mornings before the day takes over and my mind’s realised 🤪
Chipping away assists the habit and then the stacking happens. The mindset shifts and mood 💪🔥🌞
