This is one of my favourite bicep finishes, I call these waiters carries 10 hammer curls then isometric hold/carry for 20 m and then 10 more hammers, three sets again all the contractions, concentric, eccentric and isometric to totally burn out the biceps.

In this clip I’m using a toes to bar — advanced variation. But you don’t need that. Just hang from a bar and raise your knees to start.
