vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes and
soothing voice wash over you.
A deeply relaxing sound journey designed to quieten
the busy mind, melt away tension and help your body
drift into a place of deep rest, restoration and inner
calm.
Sara brings a beautiful blend of knowledge, experience
and heart to her sessions, drawing on many years of
study and practice. Alongside sound therapy, she is a
qualified crystal therapist and has explored Reiki,
astrology and a range of other spiritual and holistic
practices.
No experience, expectations or spiritual knowledge
needed.
Just bring yourself exactly as you are, get comfortable
and gift yourself some sacred time to pause, breathe
and reconnect.
