Last Saturday’s Fight Development Training was SOLID! 👊🥵

Coach Beckham put three of our Fight Squad members through a serious cardio session, pushing them right to their limits and testing both their fitness and determination! 🔥🏃‍♂️💨

A massive well done to Bromley, Carl and Jacob 👏

All three worked incredibly hard, dug deep when it got tough, and put in the effort needed to prepare for the upcoming competitions 🥊🏆

Success isn’t built on competition day… it’s built in training, and these three certainly put the work in! 💯🔥

Our Urban Fight Squad travelled to Llanelli, Wales for the UK Open, and what a phenomenal day it was! 🔥🙌

Despite taking a small team of just six fighters, we finished an incredible 13th out of 27 teams on the overall medal table 👏💪

The team brought home:
🥇 4 Gold Medals
🥈 7 Silver Medals
🥉 1 Bronze Medal

Not only are we proud of the results, but we’re even more proud of the effort, determination and heart shown by every member who stepped onto the mats 💛👊

Every competition is another opportunity to learn, grow and gain valuable experience, and our Fight Squad did exactly that! 🚀🥋
