Both 1sts and reserves in action, get along and show your support. Before these kick off our u14s start the league campaign away at Broadwell, again all the support you can give would be amazing. Then to finish the weekend our u11 girls team get there season off to a start aswell.

Our girls also kick off there season on Sunday, with a gap week this week, they travel to highnam for their first game.

Go out and enjoy yourselves girls the rest will follow 🙂

With the Severn valley youth league officially underway, but Broadwell and ourselves didn’t have a game in the first week of fixtures. Us because we had a gap week and Broadwell because there opponents couldn’t field a side.

Broadwell are sure to have a strong squad as they usually do so will be a tough test for our group of players but a test we are more than ready for, with a strong pre season under our belts, we played 9 won 7 and lost 2.

Goals conceded 9

The hard work in preseason will start to show this week as we enter competitive football.

Whilst winning is great, it’s about performance enjoyment then results.

If the squad are up for it then we can really push in this season.

Today our Reserves get their North Glos Division 3 campaign underway as we welcome Alvington Star Reserves to Yorkley Recreation Ground.

It’s a brand-new season, a new challenge and another huge opportunity for the lads to show what this group is all about.

Everyone at yorkley youth are over the moon for Adam. This is a massive achievement, his passion for helping and supporting others is something a lot of grown adults can learn from.
