Today we travel to Cheltenham to play Whaddon United.
Always a tough place to go Whaddon have started the season well , currently unbeaten and scoring goals for fun .

Our lads will be looking for a better performance today after last weekends disappointing result.

A disappointing result in a game with few chances.
A slow start from Bicknor, this now seems to be a common theme which needs to be sorted going forward gifted Smiths Barometrics an early goal with a well worked free kick.
A low driven cross into the front post was latched onto by a Smiths player who finished neatly.
The first half was a scrappy affair with no real chances of note.

Second Half started pretty much the same.
On 70 mins Bicknor were reduced to 10 men when Cam Davies got a straight red for kicking out at a Smiths player.
This seemed to kick Bicknor into gear and looked the stronger side and more likely team to score from this point, some smart saves and defending from the smiths players kept it at 1-0.
With less than 5 mins to go and Bicknor searching for the equaliser Bicknor got undone again by a set piece.
A corner from Smiths wasn't cleared properly and the ball fell to a smiths player who found the net to make it 2-0.

Very disappointing at the moment, giving goals away and not finishing our chances.

It doesn't get any easier next weekend
