Thank you to Professional Boxer & Luton’s very own Saqib Mehmood for joining us this week at both our Junior and Senior classes.

It was great for our members to get first hand knowledge from an active competitor who was more than happy to get involved, get active and answer every question that was presented to him 😅🥊💪

Recognising and supporting local talent is important to our club and no doubt we’ll be cheering him on for his next pro fight. Best of luck to Saqib from all of us here! 👏🥊

It was a pleasure to have Reece Cooper join us as special guest Coach this week for our Junior session.

Reece made it fun and interactive for the kids with activities designed to boost their fitness, coordination and teamwork 💪🥊

One of our goals this year has been to increase outreach and networking to see how we can work together to mutally benefit others 👏

It was great having Matt from Tuff2Talk come down to the gym to provide some advice and mentorship regarding mental health 🙌

Matt helped support our training sessions, providing a much needed helping hand during our busy classes 😅

Mental health is always a sensitive topic and is something difficult to talk about. Tuff2Talk exactly embodies this notion and operates to combat this stigma.

If anyone needs help with this, please don’t be ashamed to reach out to them and us here at the club for support 😊

We would like to thank the Peabody Community Foundation and Bedfordshire and Luton Community Foundation for supporting the boxing club and allowing us to facilitate such beneficial collaborations for the people that we serve 👏

Big thank you to Community Interest Luton for awarding Dallow Farley Boxing Club the ‘Community Champions’ trophy at this years Luton & Bedfordshire Community Awards 🎊

Our coaches Moss and Grant proudly attended to represent the club, which was a night shared with many inspiring local individuals and organisations who go the extra mile to help people across our town. Congratulations to all 👏🏆
