•MY OWN TRANSFORMATION•
When I was at school and college, I wasn’t strong or big. I was skinny and weak. I had low confidence and was constantly worried about how I looked.
I started training in my second year at sixth form. At first, I put a little bit of weight on and then I just stayed at that level. My nutrition was poor. Though I had friends who gave me advice (to all of whom I am extremely grateful), I still read and learned as much as I could about muscle building.
This new found hobby soon turned into a passion, and with correct nutrition, training techniques and a knowledge of biology, I saw great results.
So high was my enthusiasm for fitness that I applied and took on a two year personal trainer course. I want to help others achieve their goals, and to feel confident with their body. I want to give honest, useful and proven advice to my clients, as I understand as well as anyone else how hard starting out can be. It’s a minefield of workouts, exercises, supplements, myths and rumours. I want to make it my job to sort fact from fiction, and help you guys get to where you want to be.
