After a long hiatus, I’m offering PT sessions again. These will be based at Cast Iron Culture (Cast Iron Culture) in Ludlow - a fantastic gym with awesome facilities. Due to full-time work in an unrelated industry, availability will be limited. If you’re interested in PT sessions, for whatever your goal (muscle building, strength, fat loss, overall fitness, etc.) then get in touch!

Hey everyone!
You may have noticed this page has been pretty quiet as of late; other work commitments and injury have made training and PT-ing difficult.

Now that we all have some extra free time, I'm offering free advice - muscle building, weight loss, cardiovascular fitness, endurance, and nutrition. Hopefully this will help some of you with your home "lockdown" workouts, your diets, and also help to motivate you, and prepare you for the re-opening of the gyms (that day can't come quick enough!)

A brilliant gym in Ludlow, with a knowledgeable and friendly owner, a great atmosphere and some fantastic bits of kit. Cannot recommend this place more highly, it’s basically my second home.

•MY OWN TRANSFORMATION•

When I was at school and college, I wasn’t strong or big. I was skinny and weak. I had low confidence and was constantly worried about how I looked.

I started training in my second year at sixth form. At first, I put a little bit of weight on and then I just stayed at that level. My nutrition was poor. Though I had friends who gave me advice (to all of whom I am extremely grateful), I still read and learned as much as I could about muscle building.

This new found hobby soon turned into a passion, and with correct nutrition, training techniques and a knowledge of biology, I saw great results.

So high was my enthusiasm for fitness that I applied and took on a two year personal trainer course. I want to help others achieve their goals, and to feel confident with their body. I want to give honest, useful and proven advice to my clients, as I understand as well as anyone else how hard starting out can be. It’s a minefield of workouts, exercises, supplements, myths and rumours. I want to make it my job to sort fact from fiction, and help you guys get to where you want to be.

I know all of you have the potential to achieve and even surpass your goals. It might just take a bit of encouragement and help to get there. Please do not hesitate to get in touch with me through this page, or Instagram ( and/or ).
