We are a heavy duty weight lifting gymnasium / nutrition and gym wear supplier providing equipment and nutrition to customers who require more than a regular gymnasium/leisure Centre

We welcome people from all walks of life who are committed to improving their health, fitness and physique. Whether it is personal, professional or competitive gains, this is where anyone can train without prejudice

and receive support and advice from experienced staff members encouraging you to gain the dedication it takes to engage in serious hard-core weight training. Our staff use the latest training methodology, as well as back to basic heavy free weights and old school training philosophies. We have an obligation to our members to provide a safe environment and to help as many as we can to reach their goals and beyond. We will be the only dedicated hard core fitness facility in the area and also understands that there are many different needs for our customers and that is why we are constantly improving and updating our facility for our members. We value our members and always strive to be the place where our members want to come for an hour or two to work on their personal goals. We would like to be your choice for fitness and to help add more quality to your life through strength and health, we believe that the core to achieving success in fitness is strength training, which is the heart of our program. Everyone is trained as an individual. We exist for one reason, and that is to constantly challenge and lead our members to achieve the highest level of sustainable strength and fitness you can reach.
