This lady right here is amazing 🤩

Rhi came to me with a goal of not only looking better but feeling stronger and feeling more confident.
Well let me tell, she has most definitely achieved that!!

Not only has she lost body fat, gained muscle and looking amazing.
She has this new found confidence in and outside of the gym. Each week I see this new woman appearing in front of me.

As woman we know as we get older hormones and life can change. But this is definitely not the time to give up and accept it!! This is the time to go harder and show your body and yourself that you have more and you can do more.
I’m always a believer in knowing the only way to stop the signs of aging and improve the quality of life is to exercise, get strong 💪🏽 and fix the nutrition.

Big up to for her progress and this only the beginning on this amazing journey for her 💚

Because Tictok can’t correct your form
Because following a program not tailored to yourself is a waste of time
Because motivation comes and goes, but having a couch to keep you accountable is indispensable!

It’s so easy to turn 1 or 2 bad days into a bad week or month.

The difference between getting them goals and not is getting back on track quickly as possible.
Progress is not one straight line, there’s ups and downs and left and rights.

Don’t wait for a new week or new month or year. Wake up the next day and get straight back on it. 💪🏽

Consistency is key 🔑
So if there’s a bump in the road because there always will be.
Then just jump back on that train as quickly as possible!!

Believe me when I say there’s so many myths out there when it comes to consuming protein

But protein is there to help build muscle boost your metabolism, it helps when you’re feeling hungry as it makes you feel fuller for longer, also supporting stronger bones, hair and nails.
You’ll be surprising how much it helps optimise your brain function or stabilising that blood sugar while stopping them cravings.

Protein very important when it comes to your fat loss journey and depending on your age, weight, and daily activity.
Your body will need a specific amount of grams per day.

I recommend consuming 1.5 to 2.2 g/kg of body weight per day.

You want to stop felling old then lift some weights!!
Protecting your body’s tissue and strengthen your joints is going to make the daily task easy as you start to get older.
If you are strong getting out of the bed getting in the car walking up and down the stairs will feel like a breeze.
