Have you ever set off on a health kick, been really enthusiastic and after a week or two felt a bit bored or even lost because you haven't seen any results or you are really enjoying training or the foods you are eating?
I HAVE!!
For about 6 years, I was going to the gym, various classes, various fad-diets.. I even tried running (if you know me, you'll know I love the idea but not the activity 😅). Eventually, I was introduced to a coach and learnt about progressive overload and gained a healthy relationship with food. It was an eye-opener! More so because I finally started to see results and grew an unbroken love for the gym and working out.
