It is designed to target increased muscle strength, whilst toning up your body, for those looking at beginner/ intermediate training levels, using a hypertrophy approach.

You'll get a full six week,  five day split program including; leg day, chest & triceps, back & biceps, shoulders and an abdominal day! A program that you can follow easily, without one to one sessions and work into your own routine. So whether you're struggling for ideas or time it is perfect for you!

3 TRX EXERCISES!! 🔥

These TRX exercises can be used in your workout if your aims and objectives are to build muscular strength! 💪🏽

These are body weight exercises and I would advise to do it in 3/4 sets of 6-8 reps to start with and gradually going up the reps as your body gets used to the exercise 😁

⭐️ PB SEASON!! ⭐️

Well done to my client Oliver Walker who hit new PB’s in all three of his 1RM compound movements 💪🏽

Chest Press - 80kg - 90kg (+10kg) ✅
Deadlifts - 110kg - 130kg (+20kg) ✅
Squats - 110kg - 130kg (+20kg) ✅

Oliver came to me wanting to improve his muscular strength and to feel stronger in himself again! As the months have gone by, Oliver has tried his hand at a few classes in the gym and is loving his PT and circuit classes with me 😉

For the next month he is focused on getting stronger and losing a bit of body fat in the process! 💪🏽

Well done for smashing you’re PB’s out of the park Oliver! Here’s to many more sessions with you, let’s get it done! 👏🏽

🤩 PB Deadlifts 🤩

Here is a slo-mo demonstration of a BB Deadlift…

To correct your form, make sure your back is arched, your feet are a shoulder width apart and your
hands are either side of your legs on the bar, before lifting. 😁

When it comes to the lift, make sure you get the bar to your hips with a straight back posture. Then as you come back down, do the "bounce effect" so the weight of the barbell bounces on the floor, giving you control of the barbell, when you repeat the move again for the next rep. 💪🏽
