MagnaTag fun, Greggs stop for lunch and then we braved it and were beach bound...we avoided the most of the weather remarkably too 🙏

Massive thank you to Dean and Louth Town Wolves for having us over to Saltfleetby this evening - the rain didn't dampen either Teams spirit, that's for sure!

Really impressed with every single one of these guys tonight for individual reasons but overall there was some excellent communication and much sharper passing formations.
We've been struggling with these previously and working super hard on these in training which goes to show...we love it when a plan comes together and when the effort results in 🥅 🙌

Coaches POTM - CB played with superb confidence and commoradory throughout this evening. He even keenly put himself forward for doing a stint in goal tonight to allow his team mates to play outfield as well (and we're sorry Mum for the 'surprise' 😂)
CB pulled off some epic saves and also showed mature, considerate attributes that make him a fantastic team player. Well done mate 🤩👏

A big 'thank you' to our Training folks, HG & LP for stepping in last min to give us some subs and holiday cover as well, super kind of you both 👌

Next up - Beach Day!! See you Saturday!

This week's winner is HL!
H is a pleasure to have on board...he always puts in the hard graft, has great ideas to contribute and he always brings constant positivity and inclusivity to his games and sessions 👏

Focusing this week on a little bit of getting 'back to basics' was a great refresher for us all. Simple football, whilst improving techniques and easier communication overall made life much easier which reflected well in our end of session match too.
Great job Team!

Can you believe it, they came back for round 2..! 😂🏃‍♂️
As requested, we pushed it a bit harder today and we all felt the burn!!
🌟Our Intermediates smashed 7 reps of 2 mins walking, 2 mins running covering 3.6k in 28 mins!
🌟 Our Advanced really pushed themselves out of their comfort zone, doing 1 min walking, 5 mins running and covered 4.1k..!
Fantastic effort tonight, every single one of you! 🤩👏

Tonight was the maiden voyage of the 'Run Club' 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️
Focusing on the 'Move Well' aspect of The FA's Greater Game concept, we're moving more by doing a 'Couch to 5k' challenge 💪
8 reps of 2 min walk, 1 min run saw us fly through 2.6k in 24 mins with an extra 1 minute cooldown walk after 🙌
Great effort everyone - we go again on Tuesday 🤩
