Busy morning. Got a few singles out along with a quad! My first time solo for ages, managed to get into a rhythm. Loved it!

After a busy morning on the river with BBC Radio Lincolnshire I still managed to pop down to Magna Vitae and get 5k on the cross trainer, some resistance work and this 5k row to finish the day - no idea if that's a good time. But it's a milestone!

Boats away. Passed my lone sculling assessment! Despite rowing through what felt like a s**g pile rug of weeds. Sadly unavoidable in the river today. But all good experience moving forward! Back bright and early tomorrow with BBC Lincs!

First proper training session not in my home gym. Strange to be back in a public gym, but lots of sensible covid safety measures are in place. Loads of space between equipment, and wipes all over the place. Thanks Magna Vitae
