Hot Day Safety Checklist โ๏ธ
* ๐ง Drink plenty of water
* ๐ Wear a hat and light, loose clothing
* ๐ถ๏ธ Use sunglasses
* ๐งด Apply SPF 30+ sunscreen
* ๐ณ Stay in the shade when possible
* ๐ Avoid the hottest part of the day (11amโ4pm)
* ๐ง Keep cool with a fan, cool shower, or damp cloth (put one in the freezer for extra cooling power!)
Watch for Signs of Heat Exhaustion
Symptoms can include:
* Dizziness or faintness
* Headache
* Excessive sweating
* Nausea
* Muscle cramps
* Weakness or fatigue
If these occur, move to a cool place, drink water, loosen clothing, and cool the skin with water or damp cloth
