Summer salad season is backkkkk🥗🥗🥗

Here’s my delicious lunch from today. All you need to do is fry it all together in 1 pan & it only takes 10 minutes☺️!!

Ingredients:
- Chicken Breast (x1)
- Pasta (50g ish)
- Courgette (x1)
- Pepper (Half)
- Handful of Lettuce
- Handful of Salad Mix
- Sprinkle of Grated Cheese

Super simple & scrumptious.

- Chin drop set 4x6
- Superset: SA pull down (4x8 e/s) + face pull (4x10)
- Cable bicep curl (4x10)
- 30 min cycle + stretch

Hey everyone,

I’ve recently passed my PT qualification and am officially a level 3 personal trainer!!!

I’m currently based in Loughborough where I’m working as a Strength & Conditioning Coach with a group of Olympic swimmers and the current Vitality Super League Champions Loughborough Lightning.

I’m excited to put my knowledge and skills to use and start helping people ASAP.
