Something big is coming...

For the last three years, the Neuro Performance Centre has helped hundreds of athletes improve the way they think, train and perform.

But one question keeps coming up...

“Can anyone train with you?”

Until now, the answer has usually been no.

This September, that changes.

We’re incredibly excited to introduce TEAM NPC.

A brand-new community that will make the Neuro Performance Centre accessible to far more people than ever before.

Whether you’re an athlete looking for an edge, someone wanting to stay mentally sharp, improve your focus, reduce stress or simply invest in becoming the best version of yourself...

Team NPC has been built for you.

Over the next couple of weeks we’ll be revealing exactly how Team NPC works, what membership includes and how you can become one of our Founding Members before we officially open.

With memberships intentionally limited to protect the quality of the experience, Founding Members will receive priority access before places are released publicly.

Introducing the Access Suite from September 2026 at the MG1 Neuro Performance Centre.

Elite performance isn’t just about what you can do. It’s about whether you can access what you’re capable of when it matters most.

The Access Lounge has been designed to train the skills that help athletes consistently perform under pressure.

This is where we develop:

🧠 Attention – learning to direct and redirect focus exactly where it needs to be.

❤️ Regulation – understanding and influencing your nervous system to find the state that allows you to perform at your best.

🎯 Intentional Performance – building routines, awareness and habits that help you stay in control instead of reacting to the environment.
Inside the Access Suite you’ll find tools including:

✅ Muse EEG headbands to train sustained attention through real-time brainwave feedback.
✅ Resonance breathing and HRV training to improve nervous system regulation and recovery.
✅ Yoga and Pilates to develop body awareness, breathing control, mobility and movement quality.
✅Guided meditation and mindfulness to strengthen attention and emotional regulation.
✅Journalling and reflection to improve self-awareness, learning and performance preparation.

The goal isn’t simply to relax.

The goal is to become better at recognising your performance state, regulating it when necessary, and intentionally accessing your best performance more consistently.

Because having the ability isn’t enough.
