🎒📚👦 First Day of School Feels! 👦📚🎒

Today marked a truly special milestone, it was my little ones 1st Day of Primary School 🎉 Seeing him confidently stride into that classroom reminded me of the incredible joys that come with being a parent. Moments like these fill my heart with so much happiness, pride and purpose. ❤️

As parents over 40, we know the significance of setting a positive example for our children. 🏋️‍♂️💪

Are you in role model mode when it comes to setting a good example around fitness and exercise? It's a question worth pondering. 💭

We are our children's first teachers. They look up to us, both consciously and unconsciously, and tend to adopt the habits they see at home. When they witness us prioritizing physical activity, they are more likely to follow suit and grow up with a natural inclination towards fitness.

Prioritizing our health and fitness means increasing the likelihood that we'll have more years to share with them. It's not just about living longer but also living those years to the fullest, so we can actively participate in their milestones and adventures.

So, let's remember that we are more than just parents; we are role models shaping the future habits and beliefs of our children.

By being proactive about our fitness and health, we're not only investing in our own well-being but also laying a strong foundation for our kids to lead healthy, fulfilling lives. 🌟💪

Grateful for a week of quality family time! Holidays are the highlight of our year, even if the last-minute flights hit us in the wallet! 🌍💸 Recharged and ready to tackle school and building my business with even more determination so we can have more of these amazing times together! 📚🚀 "

"🏊‍♀️ 13km Swim Success! 🏊‍♀️ Last year's time? Crushed. 🚀 Despite battling an ear infection and a 3-week swim hiatus due to holidays and being unwell, I dove into the challenge with a mindset of getting it done regardless and believing in myself.

No watch, no pressure, just enjoyment of the process. 🌊💪 Ignored the doubts, ignored the distractions, and focused on my own rhythm.

4 minutes faster than last year! I proved to myself that the real competition is within – pushing my limits, embracing the journey, and emerging stronger than ever. 🌟🏅

Hey guys, it's been a while since I've shared some personal updates with you all!

As we approach the end of a fantastic quarter of 2023, I wanted to take a moment to share some exciting news with you.

Over the next few months, I'll be investing a lot of time and energy into becoming a hybrid coach. This means that I'm now able to offer my coaching services both in person and online, which I believe will be a game-changer for my clients.

As I work towards this goal, I'll be developing an amazing system that I believe will really set my coaching apart. It's designed to help my clients become the best version of themselves and empower them to reach their goals in a sustainable and fulfilling way.

I'm so excited to start delivering this system to my clients over the rest of 2023 and beyond. I truly believe that it has the power to transform lives, and I'm committed to making sure that each and every one of my clients gets the support and guidance they need to succeed.

I can't wait to see where this journey takes me and my clients, and I look forward to sharing more updates with you all soon!

February is short but has been sweet. 6 new clients, good numbers in my classes , successful transformations from the Burn 🔥 programme, some lovely time with the family 👨‍👩‍👦‍👦 back in the pool 🏊‍♀️, went Back to The Future and Man Utd win a trophy 🏆
