What makes Bumps & Dumbbells different to other pre and post natal classes?
💜 The groups are smaller (approx 4 people per session) to ensure that you get individualised support and enough 1-1 attention from your coach.
💜 Before you start, you will have a 30 minute consultation with your coach, Suzi, can get to know you individually and design a workout routine that is suited to where you are at in pregnancy or post natal recovery.
💜 Suzi has a wealth of knowledge from further education beyond just the pre and post natal exercise qualification and experience working with many women throughout their pregnancies and post partum return to exercise.
💜 Suzi has also worked with women with diastasis, prolapses and pelvic floor dysfunction and helped them exercise and build strength whilst managing their symptoms, or becoming symptom free!
💜 You will gain access to a resource hub filled with short, educational videos to help you further understand pre and post natal exercise and nutrition.
💜 You will have nutrition coaching to help make your nutrition work for your new chapter in life with the aim to keep it simple, but optimal for your pregnancy energy levels or aid towards your post partum recovery
💜 We understand that pre and post natal life can be unpredictable, so you have the choice of two sessions (Tuesdays or Thursdays 11am) to attend.

⭐️ There are some parking spaces at the end of the road or at Stanley Road carpark.
