NEW ADULT BEGINNER CLASS

We have a new adult beginner class starting on 2nd October 2026
Lee Chapel school (sports Centre), Basildon
7-8pm

Aimed at adults and older teens.
No previous experience needed. Learn at your own pace. All levels of fitness welcome.

You will be taught as a separate group away from the main class.

Why not give it a try- learn a new skill, build fitness and confidence.
