Natasha Earl was born and raised in London. Having studied Theatre and Performing Arts, her dream was to work in the theatre.

One of London’s top Nanny agencies specialising in the introduction of professional Nannies, Governesses and Maternity Nurses to many families in London and Overseas. However, having worked in hospitality and retail during her studies, she found her niche in recruitment. Her career began in High Street recruitment before she briefly became a Head Hunter in Rec to Rec. Not enjoying the bullish tech

niques used and preferring a more gentle and personal approach to recruitment, she decided to open her own Nanny Agency in 2004. The business has grown from strength to strength and Natasha prides herself on the role she plays within Burlington Nannies. She is open and honest and has built up a good rapport with both clients and candidates. Natasha is at the forefront of Burlington Nannies and when you speak with her you will see she is personable, nonjudgmental and approachable.

Candidate Profile: You are a calm, patient, empathetic, and proactive nanny with strong experience with 4–8-year-olds. Creative, organised, warm yet professional, with excellent boundaries and attention to detail. Experience supporting children with high-functioning ADHD is highly advantageous.

This is a fantastic long-term opportunity with a lovely family (We’ve previously placed two nannies who each stayed for four years). You will provide full day-to-day care during your on-duty weeks, including school runs, routines, and activities.

📍 Location: Notting Hill, London
⌛ 2 week on/off rota
🏠 Your own bedroom and bathroom are provided when on duty
💰 Salary: £65k - £70k gpa doe

Minimum role requirements:
✅ In-role, age-specific experience required and strong references
✅ SEN skills required: Provide structure and patience, especially beneficial for a child with high-functioning ADHD
✅ Childcare qualifications in place: NNEB/CACHE/BTEC or equivalent required
✅ eDBS and paediatric first-aid training in place
✅ Excellent communication & organisational skills
🚙 A confident driver is required
✈️ Open to occasional travel with the family

💼 Full care, well-being, and daily routines for both boys ✔️ School runs, diary management (appointments, playdates, activities) ✔️ Wardrobe management and keeping children’s areas tidy ✔️ Plan engaging, educational play and support homework/development ✔️ Maintain excellent communication with parents and household team ✔️ NB: A full-time housekeeper handles laundry

Experienced Professional Rota Nanny required for a warm family in Notting Hill caring for two boys aged 4 and 8. This is a long-term two-week rotation role (two weeks on / two weeks off) offering £65,000 – £70,000 gross per year, with an ASAP start.
Role Overview
You will provide full day-to-day care during your on-duty weeks, including school runs, routines, and activities. Your own bedroom and bathroom are provided when on duty. A full-time housekeeper handles laundry.
