According to David Ornstein, Arsenal are well compliant with all PSR regulations and are looking to spend more than the ÂŁ250M they spent last summer without any pressure of selling any players. The mark of a truly elite club is not acting like the world has ended after a final loss.

This is one of the best seasons in the history of the club. It is right up there with Invincibles. In some ways it could be called better. The UCL campaign was historic in some ways. We did not lose one match all season. Not one. Maybe that makes the final tiebreaker even more heartbreaking. But let’s not be under any illusions what a performance this was all season.

Arteta and the boys deserve a salute. And I have confidence we’ll be back again next season inshallah. We are the favorites for the league for sure. And we’ll be thereabouts in the UCL as well.

An elite club keeps going every season. Some cups will be won, some will be lost. But they are in contention till the end. I am sure we’re at that level now inshallah.

This is a cruel game at the top. But we’ll be back. Not the end of the world, not when we won the hardest league in Europe. Not when we took the reigning champions of Europe to the brink. We’ll be back.

This is the start of a new era, a new Arsenal.

It is my understanding, there is a seriously confident expectation now for a decision on the Man City 115 case to be delivered in the coming weeks (sometime in the summer latest). All Premier League clubs await official communication. - HOA
