You have to know which role to step into.

Sometimes you're the coach.
You help the client find the answers.

Sometimes you're the consultant.
You give the client the answers.

Sometimes you're the mentor.
You show the client how you found the answers.

Sometimes you're the therapist.
You help the client heal so they can find their own answers.

Your job isn't to be one thing.
Your job is to be what they need, when they need it.

The question isn't "What am I?"
The question is "What do they need right now?

The more roles you know, the deeper you can serve.

The deeper you serve, the more transformation happens.

The more transformation happens, the longer they stay.

In my experience, ONE promise in an offer works the best.

One promise that is external, measurable, tangible with a verifiable outcome.

You should be able to capture the ‘before’ and ‘after’ results with a camera.

See your six pack in 30 days or Transform your Physique?

Lose 10 pounds of body fat or Achieve your fitness goals?

Overcome childhood trauma or Heal your past?

No matter who you offer the promise to, they must mean the same thing for them.

Transforming your physique could mean anything to anyone, but losing 10 pounds of body fat has the same meaning for everyone.

It’s external, measurable, tangible with a verifiable outcome.

Inspiring content is easy to create when you CAPTURE content rather than create.

Creating content is often an abstract process.

You are making up things that haven't happened yet. Which means more work, more thinking, more exhaustion.

CAPTURING content is a different story.

Capturing content is about talking about the things that have already happened.

The client stories. The breakthroughs. Your own life lessons.The things you shared in a session.

When you capture content, there's nothing between what happened and what you write.

You're not inventing.

You're remembering.

And that makes everything easier because you're being honest.

You're sharing stories you've already lived from today and from the past.

Go capture.

One of the most powerful ways to a peaceful *inner* life is by learning to send energy in/through your body.

Daily.

It was a such an awakening when I first discovered it.

Sensory awareness amplified, intuitions became stronger, life just went into bliss mode everyday.

Many, many emotional, spiritual & psychological benefits.

Insane how it's not common public knowledge and why it's not taught in schools.

Teach yourself.

Teach your kids.

But don't rush it.

Increase the practice gradually, especially if you are a highly sensitive/empathic person.

Because it opens your energy centres and you let *in* much more from your environment.

Its easy to learn:

Take a deep breath, and as you breathe out guide the breath back into your body.

Guide it from your feet, into your legs, belly, chest, head and back in to your hands.

Or as I prefer it, do the sweep from your head to your feet.

Try it.

Feel the sensations of your breath.

The effects are profound.

Never been a fan of holding clients *accountable* when they don't follow through on their action plan.

It's not self-sustaining.

I've found two things to work much better:

1) Re-motivate and re-inspire them to put them back in touch with the higher energy version of themselves and the reason they wanted to take the action in the first place.

2) Heal the underlying fear and resistance for them not taking the action (transmute low vibrational states into higher ones)

When you clear resistance and raise frequency, action takes care of itself.

You can't "push" anyone into action, you better shift them into a reality where action happens with ease, not force.
