Every Tuesday at 13:00 and every Thursday at 10:00 at West Harrow Recreation Ground with our wonderful Mummy Personal Trainer - Michelle Harris .. It’s our second class today ! Our Asian Sorority Sisters are getting Fit and Strong with Komal ! We did lots of circuits, core exercises and Boxing last week ! A great group of Mums and their Babies who played so nicely whilst the Mums exercised ! Come join us at South Harrow from 13:00pm to 14:00pm every Wednesday.
