Moving in zenkutsu-dachi (front stance) 🥋

Moving through these 'basic' stances teaches us how to transfer the body weight forward and back, when moved into a freestyle sparring style stance allows to move quicker and more efficiently when initiating an attack.

Some dojos teach movement on the ball of the foot (as John does here) some teach on the heel. Do what works.
