Week 9 Lean Bulk Physique Update ✅

Another successful week in the books on the lean bulk. My weekly average weight this week was 196.1 LBS, which is only 0.1 LBS up from last week’s weekly average, where I weighed 196.0 LBS. Even though my weight has pretty much held this week I’m going to stay on the exact same calories and macros at 4300 cals, 330g protein, 525g carbs and 100g fat. I saw a decent jump in weight the week prior to this, so I’m happy just to hold again this week. From a visual standpoint my physique is still looking pretty lean, while I continue to add more mass and size all round, so I’m overall very happy with the look.

Strength wise my numbers continue on a nice upward trajectory, as I’m getting stronger on practically all my lifts. My deadlift strength is skyrocketing upwards, and so is my squat and incline bench. All my lifts are going in the right direction, while I continue to stay lean. The ultimate goal, as I’ve said many times before, is to stay as lean as possible, while getting as strong as possible. The show goes on and we keep pushing, it’s that simple 💪

Week 8 Lean Bulk Physique Update ✅

My weekly average weight this week is 196 LBS which is 3 LBS up from last week, which is a lot of weight to gain within in a week but I’m not worried at all, as I’ve literally held weight for the last 4 weeks so was expecting a big jump. And you have to remember weight gain is not linear, holding for a while and then experiencing a massive jump in a weight is very normal. I’m going to stay on the exact same calories and macros at 4300 (I’ve actually been on slightly more food than I thought, I recalculated and was on 4300 instead of 4100), eating 525g Carbs, 330g Protein and 100g Fat. I’m happy with the leanness my physique is holding, as I continue to pack on more mass and size.

Strength and training wise I’ve seen a massive rise in my key compound lifts, my deadlift is going up big time, as well as all my heavy pressing movements, including incline DBs, strict military press and incline bench. The goal is to get as strong as possible while getting as lean as possible. I’m going to just keep pushing strength as hard as possible while keeping my body fat in check. The show goes on 💪
