We have got an EXCITING OPPORTUNITY for a strong MAIN BASE to join our European Summit team, Smoke💨 this season🤩!!

Back in the IONT4 division, this team is already looking better than ever and we cannot wait to see what they bring to the floor this season🔥!!

Over the weekend we held our annual U-CHAMP Camp for all of our Worlds teams, including Havoc, Pink Ladies & Code Blue🤩💛!!

This year, we also introduced S.W.A.T Camp for our Non Tumble teams.. bringing even more focused training, new techniques and fresh ideas into the new season🙌🏼!!

We were lucky enough to have the incredible as our Guest Coach in the gym working with our teams across the entire weekend. Our athletes and coaches came away with so many new drills, techniques and skills to take into Season 21🥳👏🏼!!

A huge thank you to Chase for sharing your knowledge, energy and expertise with us.. we absolutely LOVED having you here🫶🏼💛!!

WE HAVE JUST RELEASED OUR NEXT BLOCK OF REC CLASSES🤩!!

Our Rec Cheer classes are designed especially for beginners with no prior experience needed🙌🏼!! Cheer is an exciting way for children to build confidence, coordination and strength while learning teamwork and also making new friends along the way💛!!

Getting involved in sport at a young age helps kids develop healthy habits, resilience and self belief all while having so much fun in a supportive and encouraging environment🫶🏼!!

U-FLIP TUMBLE CAMP THIS WEEKEND🤩!!

Get ready for a FULL 2 days of tumbling excellence at Unity Allstars on Saturday 29th & Sunday 30th August🎉!!

We are super excited to have current Ruby💋 Doll and SSX🦈 alumni Leshay joining the staff lineup this weekend🤩!!

Whether you’re looking to level up your skills, perfect your technique or train with some of the best in the sport, this is a weekend you do NOT want to miss🔥!!

Location📍: U-HQ, David Weir Leisure Centre, SM5 1SL
Date 📅 : Saturday 29th & Sunday 30th August 2026

There will be 2 pathways available:

▪️Intermediate Tumblers — Levels 2–4
▪️Advanced/Elite Tumblers — Levels 5–6

The camp will cover:

✅ Drills & technique work
✅ Skills & progressions
✅ Tumble circuits
✅ Camp games
✅ Open tumble/free time

💷 Full weekend price: £150 (t-shirt, lunch, snacks and drinks included)

‼️PLEASE BOOK VIA A WEB BROWSER RATHER THAN COACHA APP‼️

Over 8s only. Athletes must have RO BHS on floor for level 2-4 minimum. Level 5+ athletes must have a RO BHS Full on floor.

If you are looking to travel down for this weekend camp, local hotels are available at very low rates — book early to avoid missing out!
