an update we didn’t want to have to give 💔

just before christmas, we received our 2026 pre-production samples from our manufacturer and they were nothing like how they should have been. they didn’t how they should, they were made badly, and the sizing was inconsistent.

as a swimwear brand, we have a small window to launch a collection, so we had the biggest decision to make… risk it all, place the production production order and hope for the best or press pause, not release anything and change the future of the business.

we created leah loves to design beautiful, sustainable swimwear, and we would never want to make a product for the sake of selling it. and even though stopping meant being able to no longer restock the pieces we have, we decided it would be for the best.

we spend years designing and creating the pieces we have now from our debut collection, they were made with so much love. we will be holding an end of season sale soon for these pieces and once they are sold, they won’t be coming back.

as for our future, our founder .dopps has been sharing it all and planning our rebrand since the new year.

this isn’t the end of leah loves, but it is how you know it. we will no longer be a swimwear brand but a sustainable lifestyle brand.

we’re excited for our future and thank you all for the support 💗
