Meet Joe 👋

Joe was involved in a road traffic accident two years ago, resulting in the amputation of both his legs, as well as numerous other injuries.

Since then, Joe has taken up a variety of new sports and challenges including hiking, rock climbing, cycling…and of course snowboarding! 🏂🤙

Meet Taylor 🤩

Taylor is 12 years old and became a quadruple amputee at just 8 months old, due to meningococcal septicaemia, which also left him with a number of other complex medical needs.

Taylor is massively into sports, from wheelchair table tennis, football, paddle, skateboarding and his newest adventure… snowboarding! 🏂

Meet David 💙

David is just 9 years old, from Holland and is an absolute legend! 🤩🤙

Last week, he had his first ever DAK snowboard lesson at our Try-Slide event in Landgraaf — and it’s safe to say he had a blast!🏂🇳🇱

We’re so happy we could give David a day to remember, and we hope it’s the first of many more days spent on the snow ❄️
