When I finally left, I thought the hardest part was over.

I was wrong.
Leaving a narcissist isn’t the end — it’s the beginning 💔➡️🌱
What came after nearly broke me:

• A nervous system addicted to chaos ⚠️
• Sleepless nights, flashbacks, survival mode on repeat 🌙
• Waking up every day feeling completely drained 😮‍💨
• A voice in my head saying I’d never recover 🗣️
• Learning to trust myself, my body, and people again
🤍
One night, my body said enough.
I checked myself into a mental health facility because I couldn’t carry it anymore 🏥

Instead of asking what I had been through, they labeled me.
Handed me pills 💊

Told me to “think positive”
And said I’d need medication for life.

Something in me knew that wasn’t true.
So I chose a different path 🔁

I learned my brain and body weren’t broken — they had adapted to survive.

And what adapts can heal ✨
Trauma isn’t just in the mind — it’s stored in the body.

No wonder mindset work never worked for me.
I went back to study 📚
Researched relentlessly
And rebuilt myself from the inside out.

Today, I help people stuck in abusive relationships for 20–30+ years finally feel free — not just mentally, but physically too 🌿
