When I first started my fitness journey back in 2015, I stepped into the gym being the only female, training in a body building gym. My goal is to get both men & women to be more confident within their own body & look in the mirror and smile. I have learnt a lot in the past about training & building a healthy lifestyle where you can still enjoy your favourite foods while still looking good & feeling healthy without having that guilt. Your workouts with me won’t be easy but they will be fun and rewarding, after each session you’ll leave feeling better than ever!
