Lockdown is indeed the perfect time for reassessment of what you value and what really matters. Clear out things from your outer and your inner spaces so you are ready to emerge from this time like a butterfly from a chrysalis.

One of the opportunities opening up to us with the current worldwide situation, must surely be to re-assess what and who really matters to us. It might just be time for you to do that right now.

I hope my book can help you with it. If you already have a copy, get it down, dust it off and engage with it. If you haven’t, you can buy it easily, and when you’re properly done with it - pass it on to somebody and encourage them to do the same. Then when all this is over (and this too shall pass) you will be ready to move forward lighter and with more freedom and clarity.

When the going gets tough ... shift some stuff !
