💥Injury Prevention 💥
The purpose of this warm up is to strengthen and prepare the rotator cuff muscles around the shoulder joint. These muscles keep the shoulder stable and strengthening them will help you prevent injury. I recommend you do this with the cable machine instead of dumbbells for maximum resistance. It is also recommended to perform this warm up on heavy push and pull days 👍🏽💪
