🤔“Keeping the old-school Bodybuilding era alive”🤔
I don’t do full ROM on every exercise or workout.
I have never owned a logbook.
Most of the time I train solo.
I’ve done the same exercises week in, week out, for years.
My off-season isn’t textbook-perfect, and I’m not 10kg away from stage weight year-round.
I train fasted – yes, “sub-optimal” by some standards.
And my check-ins? They’re not for Instagram; they’re between me and my coach.
Here’s the thing: I’m not here to tick every box of what’s considered “ideal” in this sport. If you’re truly a competitive bodybuilder, you should know that the only thing that matters is bringing your absolute best on stage – and that comes from loving the process, putting in the work, and doing it your way.
Bodybuilding isn’t about following current trends or proving yourself to critics online. It’s about finding what works for YOU, owning it, and showing up when it matters most.
🥇🏆The silverware isn’t won by textbook perfection; it’s won by relentless passion, sound guidance (shout out Coach Nick Papa🫶) discipline, and belief in your journey.
Stay true to YOUR process. Because in the end, that’s what builds champions.
I’m proud to say that by doing it my way I entered THE LAST British Finals where there was only ONE Procard to be won and I walked away with the ONE Procard where you had to beat EVERYONE 🫡
P.S Tricep anyone?? 🤭🫣
