Great to teach NHS staff at Whittington Health IAND's team's wellbeing day this week. At the rather spectacular surrounding of St Mary Magdalene Church in Islington! Staff enjoyed Pilates and Stretch & Relax sessions.

*Back in the office!!* Super excited today to teach our first in-person workplace class since March 2020!! Lunchtime Pilates class for staff at MCF Corporate Finance.

We’ve been teaching all our workplace fitness classes online via Zoom since lockdown, but as staff start to come back to the office we would love to teach you in-person again!! We’re still offering all our classes online too for those of you still working from home.

*note.. don’t try sitting on your colleague whilst they plank! 😜

Great to teach our Deskercise session to staff at CCgroup today! It's really important to take time away from your computers to move and stretch during the working day. Even just a few minutes every hour to stand up, have a shake out and breath can help to improve your posture by relieving tension in your back and neck.

Looking for something a little more relaxing ... our online Yoga classes are a great way to help relieve stress and tension after this challenging year.

Delighted to have supported Imagile Group with their virtual wellbeing day for staff last week. We taught live online classes for staff to join through the day; Dance Fit, Abs Blast, Yoga and Workplace to Workout. We also pre-recorded Deskercise stretches and exercises for staff to practice during the week.
