From experience, being told to “stop” and “start” every so often can get straight up frustrating 🤯 Sadly, there are NO shortcuts to success and this is the “write of passage” to becoming great in any sport. is probably the best example I’ve seen when it comes to sticking to fine details which have produced EPIC results.

If you TRULY watch basketball , you will notice that ANY time an offensive player QUICKLY changes pace/direction and comes to a complete STOP or negative step, there is always a delay in the defenders response. *Providing the move is done correctly* ✅

This delay allows a small window of time to make the correct read: Shot, Pump fake step through, hesi, misdirection and the list goes on as long as you want it to 💯

Get used to staying on your line to the basket and driving into defenders body, using their momentum against them.

🇬🇧 Skills Training session 😤😤

Special thanks to ALL who turn up and put in serious work each week 🙏🏿❤️

I often implement drills I create myself or some from top skills trainers of the world. In this video I took a page straight out of book working on catching the ball with your off hand whilst scoring to simulate real game situations.

It definitely took some getting used to and well done to those again for their efforts.
