Check John Tran busting his abdominal moves on the Rule the Tool site, via our Personal Training blog...if you are a Diploma student you should try and get a profile on this site!

With a focus on the movement goal, you can measure progress with a clear focus, rather than trying to track fluctuations in weight or body fat. John Tran provides an excellent example of movement combination for abdominals.
