I used to feel Stuck, Exhausted & Unrecognisable… Until I Took Back Control. Hi I'm Nadia 😊
A few years ago, I was an overworked mum of two, juggling a demanding career in Television Production with long hours, late nights, and zero time for myself. I was exhausted, constantly missing bedtime, and falling into bad eating and drinking habits just to cope.
Pregnancy had left me 25kg heavier, and my health had taken a hit—I had overcome severe gestational diabetes, injecting large amounts of insulin daily for most of my last pregnancy. I felt disconnected from my body, my energy was gone, and I didn’t even recognise myself anymore.
I knew something had to change. I didn’t just want to feel better—I needed to.
That’s when I made the biggest decision of my life. I walked away from my old career and became a Personal Trainer & Health Coach—not just to rebuild my own strength, but to help other women take back control of their health and bodies, too.
💡 What I’ve learned:
✔️ Your body isn’t the problem—your mindset is.
✔️ Being strong—physically and mentally—is life-changing.
✔️ Fitness should fit into YOUR life—not feel like another impossible task.
I started off training clients in a large gym, but I quickly realised something—women don’t need more barriers. They need fitness that fits their lifestyle.
Now, I have the privilege of helping women break through their limitations, rebuild their confidence, and feel stronger than ever. Because fitness isn’t about punishment—it’s about taking back your power and finally feeling like YOU again.
