This is the 22 year old version of myself I once achieved. One day I decided to drop all excuses and finally put nutrition and exercise together (80kg, 9% body fat) and paid off.

it was also a turning point in my life where I decided to help others to achieve their fitness goals, and it’s been a remarkable and satisfying journey.

Currently I weight 70kg and body fat 17% and even though I don’t look or weight the same athletically speaking my flame πŸ”₯ to help others is as strong, if not, stronger today to help people improve their health.

My kind of game is β€œbeing in the game”.

Most of us can experience laziness after a long holiday, a bad experience, a weekend of not eating healthy, and the list goes on, and for sure the last place we would think of going to is the gym. It is arduous and it takes heart and soul to get the engine started for such purpose, besides we gave it our all to look our best on that amazing holiday we just had.

β€œBeing in the game” is never about going to the gym really, it’s about being active while enjoying what we love the most.

Let’s get one thing straight after a holiday not most people come glowing and full of energy, hence the need to relax through those activities that re-energise us, and then take action to ourselves to the gym.

I have experienced myself and seen it through my clients, peers, and friends. Having said that the most effective ways to stick around to your exercise routine are.

1. Be part of a community of like-minded people that push and rely on each other.

2. Use holidays as a reminder to push harder but don’t see it as the final destination.

3. Remind yourself that your goal is to make fitness an enjoyable lifestyle that you will always be part of.

Anyway I hope those tips help you move from any sticky points in time.

It’s Monday and it’s another leg day for me.

Funny how we think we do things right until we get someone else correcting us, somehow that’s the point of living as we always learn from others and from making our own mistakes.

Never used to like doing legs and then I started loving it after getting results, then I left it for a long while and now we are slowly getting back into it.

Increase your TESTOSTERONE any practicing these three master exercises.

For your information both men and women produce although in different amounts, however it is a vital exercise for leadership and focus in life, and so many scientific studies have shown.

Therefore my recommendation for both sexes is to introduce, if you haven’t yet, the bench, the squat, and the deadlift in your exercise routine, not to only feel stronger and more empowered but to find a sense of more clarity outside the gym.

The body is made for movement so whatever activity you enjoy just keep it going.
