Just reading some research which suggests that exercise doesn’t help weight loss- it only helps to maintain your new weight once you’ve lost it.

Apparently, the reason is that most people overeat after they’ve exercised because exercise makes you hungry.

Personally, when I exercise, it motivates me want to eat more healthy food to compliment the exercise I do and not spoil it by eating rubbish.

Also, this is fine if you are only interested in weight loss; but if you look at it from an overall health perspective, taking into account mental health, social health, mobility and various other factors, exercise is vital. Still- interesting research worth debate.
