Get these ingredients for a quick and healthy meal idea 💡

Do you say Tomatoe or Tomato 🍅? Well they are the most popular vegetable or fruit for salads.

🚨 Maybe you think salads are great or it’s just something to have with your meals so you can eat cheat meals later (I’m looking at you). I just think they are quick to make.

To make this

● Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook green beans until tender-crisp, about 4-6 minutes.

● Cool the beans once cooked, drain and place them into an ice bath or tray for a few minutes.

● Drain again and place them in a large bowl together with the cherry tomatoes.

● Preheat a skillet over medium heat and toast pine nuts stirring constantly, until slightly brown, about 2 minutes. Set aside.

● In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Pour the mixture over the green beans and toss to coat.

● Crumb, or dice in the feta cheese and toasted pine nuts.

my question to you is, do you have to eat the starter, main and desert?

You could end up eating 4000 calories at the end of a night out. Your body only needs 1500-2500 according to the NHS. (⚠️ This depends on the individual)
