New machines arrived this weekend at Pumping Iron Gym. Life fitness treadmills, crosstrainers, Bikes, hammer strength benches, hammer strength smith machine, new dumbells, life fitness bicep curl machine, life fitness glute kick back and new plates. No excuses. Time to get in shape!

Last time I want to see this. I will monitor the cameras and the persons responsible will be warned. We will be checking the cameras now and if people don’t replace their weights back will be asked to leave the gym. This is the final warning. It’s an accident waiting to happen. Congratulations to one of our in house personal trainers here at Pumping Iron Gym (Home of Champions). has made British Bodybuilding History in becoming the 1st athlete in Britain to win overalls at the 2bros, Nabba and PCA federations in the same calendar year.
